BPMA Port Management Meeting with PMOs and TMOs.

In celebration of the International Coastal Clean Up Day 2021, the BPMA personnel participated in the Coastal Clean Up Drive headed by MENRE and CSC-BARMM conducted at Brgy. Badak, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao.

The meeting at Port of GenSan on Aug. 19, 2021 between PPA PMO SOCSARGEN and BPMA to figure out the details of the turnover ceremony on the Properties and Assets of PPA in Cotabato City, which is scheduled at BPMA Regional Office, Cotabato City on August 31, 2021 via Zoom Connection. Present during the meeting were Atty. Luz Patricia F. Tanco and Staff of PMO SOCSARGEN and Garib A. Abas and Staff of BPMA.

In the exigency of public service and a drug-free workplace, PMO Jolo personnel undergo drug testing at Sulu Provincial Hospital

The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BPMA), as it is now called in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, has successfully completed the development of the Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) & Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP). This Development Workshop will align all ports of BPMA among the secured and reliable ports in the region, and eventually, in the country. Great efforts and patience were the basic inputs of BPMA to realize this endeavor in thorough coordination with the Office for Transportation Security of the Department of Transportation (OTS-DOTr). The presence of MOTC Minister Dickson P. Hermoso during the closing ceremony and Usec Raul Del Rosario of OTS via zoom highlighted the event and inspired the participants of BPMA.

The Bangsamoro Ports Management Authority – Port Management Office of Bongao in partnership with the MENRE Tawi-Tawi Provincial Office conducts “Seminar cum Action Planning Workshop on Ecological Solid Waste Management for Port Administrators and Staff” at Passenger Terminal Building of Bongao, Tawi-Tawi.
