The Authority shall manage, administer and operate all ports under its jurisdiction consistent with national and global safety, security and productivity standards towards the delivery of reliable and competitive maritime services, increased port demand and utilization and attainment of sustainable financial viability.
MISSION
To construct, operate and maintain the ports under its system and implement an integrated program for planning, development and financing of ports within the BARMM territorial jurisdiction in consonance with the national port policies and regulations.
VISION
BPMA envisions a competitive port, complemented by a well- equipped and maintain network of ports enhancing the delivery of reliably safe, efficient and effective port services manned by professional, skilled, dedicated, motivated and client-friendly personnel.
