PORT OF SITANGKAI

TP Sitangkai is situated in Sitangkai Island some 20kms south of TP Sibutu. Both TPs are under the jurisdiction of BP Bongao. Both ports are facing the same channel of about 4.6kms wide.

TPs Sitangkai and Sibutu are very near the ports in Lahad Datu and Semporna. They are centrally located between these ports and BP Bongao, where there is barter trade center.

TP Sitangkai has a Wharf with a berth-length of about 60m at the front/E-side and some 36m at the S-side.
